Romuald Feger, Executive Chef
Born in the beautiful region of Alcase, Chef Feger has been on an incredible culinary journey around the world including time spent in some of the finest establishments in France, San Francisco, Bora Bora and now, he has chosen to call London his home. With a passion for cooking seasonal produce, when not spending time in the kitchen or discovering local farms and producers, Chef Feger can be found enjoying his other passion in life, horseback riding.
Eliano Crespi, Chef de Cuisine
Born in the City of Milan, Chef Crespi is the perfect fit for our seasonally changing restaurant offering modern Italian cuisine. His passion for cooking arose at a young age watching his grandmother, originally from Naples, cooking traditional family meals. With a passion for exploring different cultures Chef Crespi has spent time working in Switzerland, Malta, Tuscany and even spent ten months travelling where he discovered a passion for Indian cuisine. At home, you will find Chef Crespi experimenting with Indian spices for his wife and recent addition to the family, baby Ayan.
