Varanda Restaurant

Overlooking Eduardo VII Park and the Hotel's terraces, Varanda Restaurant is favoured for business lunches and dinners by the city's most sophisticated residents and discerning executives.

Breakfast and lunch feature a buffet renowned for its variety, while in the evening the pure, explosive tastes of fish, grills and Mediterranean vegetables form the backbone of the à la carte menu.

The culinary team of award-winning German Executive Chef Eyck Zimmer, and Spanish Chef Manuel Gutierrez bring their vast experience from their work at Michelin star restaurants to the table at Varanda. Seats 80.
