Verandah
Spacious yet intimate, Verandah restaurant offers an informal dining experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Verandah's comfortable sophistication and indoor/outdoor attitude are reflected in its colours of pear, moss green and mango, and in the natural fabrics and warm woods of its décor. An outdoor terrace and indoor dining room provide the relaxed setting of a Mediterranean mansion overlooking the lush gardens and Four Seasons pool.
Verandah seats 103 indoors and 106 outdoors. The restaurant also offers two intimate private dining rooms which are ideal for small gatherings, business meetings or private parties; La Luna seats up to 12 and La Sala seats up to 26.
Specialties
A bountiful daily breakfast includes an array of fresh juices and exotic fruits, and the weekend breakfast buffet is a must. Lunch and dinner menus offer a mix of American with contemporary Italian influences. A unique component of the dinner menu includes the "Anytime" menu which features such popular favourites as the Maine lobster ravioli, lemon chicken pappardelle, baked Chilean sea bass and Hudson Valley spiced duck. Verandah also offers a very popular children's menu.

On Thursday, November 27, 2008, Verandah is offering a four-course prix fixe menu from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Christmas Eve
From 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on December 25, 2008, Verandah will be celebrating Christmas with a three-course prix fixe menu, in addition to the regular menu.
Christmas Day
From 11:00 am to 10:00 pm on December 25, 2008, Verandah will be celebrating Christmas with a four-course prix fixe menu.
New Year's Eve
Celebrate New Year's Eve at Verandah with a six-course dinner served from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
