A few highlights of the facilities include the separate kosher kitchen, a lush pool deck for outdoor receptions and the automobile-accessible Four Seasons Ballroom, equipped for state-of-the-art staging and audiovisual productions.

Off-site catering
Catering to You brings the food, service and ambience of Four Seasons to any location you select. We excel in pleasing individual tastes with customised menus – prepared at the location site, if possible. Elegant table settings are provided, with every element thoughtfully chosen.

Kosher cuisine
A separate kosher kitchen makes Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas a particularly welcoming venue for the Jewish community. To oversee the preparation of all food, a specially qualified supervisor of kosher laws is on hand for each event. In keeping with the Four Seasons reputation, the kosher menu adds delicious imagination to traditional specialties.

The Hotel continually updates its state-of-the-art presentation equipment and keeps pace with changing technology.

Technology services
All Four Seasons meeting rooms are capable of high-speed Internet connectivity. Our network service professionals offer turnkey data networking services which enable the creation of Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs) and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) – all using standard networking protocols. Custom configurations are also available.

Every guest room has its own data jack, which offers a high-speed Internet connection. Each guest room can be networked with any other guest room, meeting room or home office using standard Ethernet protocols. The Hotel's unique "virtual services" offer the capability to create Internet broadcasts of events that can be seen worldwide. It's also possible to set up a customised Internet and e-mail centre for meeting attendees.

Music and entertainment

Our Conference Service Managers will be happy to assist with setting up any type of music or entertainment for your meeting.

Receiving and maintenance

The Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of a group's name and its Conference Service Manager. They will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of your arrival.

Receiving dock
Please contact the Receiving Department or your Conference Service Manager for special arrangements for delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.

Post-conference shipping
Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through your Conference Service Manager.

Maintenance
The Engineering Department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.

A 20-year veteran with Four Seasons, Chef Michael Goodman continues to keep pace with the demand for culinary excellence as he leads his team with flair and a passion for cooking. "I believe in a symbiotic relationship in food – flavours should work together, but maintain their individual flavours."

The customised menu includes a seasonal, international or meal period theme. Additional items can be included to enhance the session, such as gift baskets, wine by the bottle, personalised aprons, chef’s hats, gourmet food items, cookbooks or rolling pins.

Wine-tasting seminar with a sommelier
The Hotel can provide a classically trained sommelier to conduct an interactive wine-tasting seminar. One to two hour seminars include a wine-specific event, wine and food pairing, and instruction on the art of food and wine tasting.
