Flexibility, strength and relaxation shouldn’t be reserved for adults alone. That’s why Four Seasons Resort Langkawi invites our youngest guests to stretch out with our very own yogi. In a complimentary hour-long programme, our yoga expert teaches traditional techniques in a playful, simple and fun way for your children between the ages of 5 and 12.
Amid the stunning natural setting of forested limestone cliffs, your child will meditate on the beauty of nature as they perform animal poses. Including breath meditations, deep relaxations, simple postures, games, music, storytelling and more, these sessions are tailored to the way children learn and play, engaging each child holistically and stretching young bodies and minds.
Kids’ Yoga is a natural and healthy way to exercise, relax, focus and find balance of body, mind and spirit. And it’s just one of the many ways we make the entire family happy and entertained. From batik painting to learning the basics of the local Malay language, everyone will experience the same Four Seasons service. And who knows, you may leave Langkawi with a budding young yogi.
