Four Seasons Resort Langkawi offers the ideal location for small conferences and meetings. Its function rooms, overlooking the Andaman Sea and the Resort's landscaped tropical gardens, feature state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and high-speed Internet access. Special events, cocktail parties and receptions may also be held in outdoor venues, including on the beach.

The Congkak Room, which can be divided in two, will accommodate 80 for a banquet and 120 for a reception, while the smaller Gasing Room will accommodate 48 for a banquet and 70 for a reception. In addition, the Veranda, offering breathtaking sea and garden views, can accommodate up to 200 guests for a reception.

All meeting spaces at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi are fully equipped to support the most demanding presentation and communication requirements, with advanced lighting, AV and staging capabilities. Telecommunications and electrical hook-ups are designed to meet or exceed industry standards. Voltage is 220.

All packages should be sent to the Resort's conference services manager to the attention of the group's name. Include the group's check-in date. Packages will be stored in the Resort's storage area. Please note that available space for the storage of large items is limited, and please allow adequate shipping time for packages.
