SeraiSerai, which means “lemongrass” in Malay, celebrates the sun-drenched flavours of southern Italy and the Mediterranean. The creative menu features light, classic Italian specialties, using the freshest ingredients delicately balanced with aromatic herbs and spices. The design of the restaurant, accentuated with stone and timber, perfectly complements the beautiful backdrop of lush greenery and emerald waters of the Andaman Sea. An open-air buffet and breakfast area seats up to 48 guests, while a separate dinner area on a higher floor features a 24-seat indoor dining room and an adjacent patio which seats 60.
