Restaurants

Serai

Serai, which means “lemongrass” in Malay, celebrates the sun-drenched flavours of classic Italian tastes. The creative menu features light, classic Italian specialties, using the freshest ingredients delicately balanced with aromatic herbs and spices. The restaurant’s elegant design, accentuated with stone and timber, wicker chandeliers, copper pots and wind chimes, perfectly complements the magnificent backdrop of lush greenery and the emerald waters of the Andaman Sea. On the lower level, breakfast and lunch are served in the restaurant’s breezy roofed terrace, while a staircase leads up to a more intimate indoor dining room as well as an oceanfront alfresco patio for dinner under the stars.

Specialties

At cooking stations, guests can choose eggs cooked in various styles as well as Japanese and local favourites that are offered daily. The lunch and dinner menu feature innovative Italian cuisine.
