FlowThis gentle form of yoga connects classic yoga postures with one another through vinyasas. The postures are held for a short while before linking them with attention to your breathing. Your inhalation and exhalation determine the pace and the movement. Flow intensiveThis is fast-paced, physically demanding yoga. Series of poses are performed, beginning with the sun salutation and including other series of postures. The aim is to increase flexibility and stamina. SootheBy paying attention to the breath, the mind is freed from distractions, freeing one to live more in the present moment. Rest and clear the mind for meditation, allowing it to take on its own energy. The result is peace, serenity and an openness to new insights. BreatheFor everyone who likes to focus on pranayama (breathing) to increase prana flow (energy) in the body, a few yin yoga (asanas) open the session. Deep relaxation is the focus. CreateA programme is designed to suit your constitution, preferences and experience with yoga. The goal is to prepare you for a practice you can keep up once you return home.
