Three-Bedroom Residence Villa
Luxurious Three-Bedroom Residence Villas offer panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam and the island of Pha Ngan from their hillside location. Outdoor space ranges from 102 square metres to 275 square metres (1,098 square feet to 2,959 square feet) and includes a large deck and two private infinity-edge pools, making them ideal for friends and family to share in the magic of Samui. Your stay is enhanced by the services of a mae baan (live-in housekeeper).
- A thatched canopy covers an outdoor dining area, where nine guests can gather around a sunken Japanese-style dining table. The pool deck, furnished with sun lounges and a daybed, is fully equipped with a private bar, wine cooler, coffee maker and toaster.
- The indoor living and dining area is air-conditioned for comfort and opens onto the deck and pool through sliding glass doors. The living area features an LCD television with cable programming, a stereo, CD/DVD system and wireless Internet access.
- The indoor dining area offers a dining set that seats 10, and is serviced by an adjacent, fully equipped kitchenette.
- The air-conditioned master bedroom opens onto a wooden deck with infinity-edge pool furnished with two sun lounges, a daybed, marble dining table for two and private bar. Amenities include an LCD flat-screen television, stereo system, iPod docking station and in-room safe. An alcove is furnished with a writing desk that is wired for high-speed Internet access and a multi-line telephone with voice mail.
- Three full bathrooms each feature double vanities, a terrazzo shell-shaped bathtub and a glass-enclosed shower. For an alfresco bathing experience, sliding glass doors open to wooden decks with outdoor rain showers. A guest powder room is located near the entrance foyer.

To bring out the charm of the residence's contemporary southern Thai–style interiors, shades of pewter, beige and silver are used, accented with yellow, brown and bronze. Teak and tropical rosewood furnishings lend a rustic feel, highlighted with custom-made artwork and Thai silk accessories. |
