One-Bedroom Residence Villa
Just steps from the sea, the One-Bedroom Residence Villa offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam and the island of Pha Ngan. The residence villa offers 188 square metres (2,023 square feet) of outdoor space, which includes a large deck and a large private infinity pool, making it the ideal island getaway for families. Wi-fi Internet access is available throughout the residence for convenient instant communication.
- One-Bedroom Residence Villa features an expansive pool deck, part of which has a thatched canopy over an outdoor dining area. Eight guests can relax comfortably on sun lounges and a daybed, and at a sunken Japanese-style dining table. Amenities include a fully equipped private bar with wine cooler, a coffee maker and a toaster.
- The air-conditioned indoor living and dining area opens onto the deck and pool through sliding glass doors. The living area features a 81-centimetre (32-inch) LCD television with cable programming, a stereo and a CD/DVD system.
- The indoor dining area features a dining set that seats six guests, serviced by an adjacent fully equipped kitchenette.
- The air-conditioned bedroom features a LCD flat-screen television, stereo system, in-room safe and an iPod docking station. An alcove is furnished with a writing desk wired for high-speed Internet access and a multi-line telephone with voice mail.
- A full ensuite bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom through French doors. The bathroom features double vanities, a terrazzo shell-shaped bathtub and a glass-enclosed shower. Sliding glass doors open onto a suite-sized wooden deck with outdoor rain shower for an al fresco bathing experience. A guest powder room is located near the entrance foyer.

To bring out the charm of the residence villa's contemporary southern Thai style interiors, shades of pewter, beige and silver are used, accented with yellow, brown and bronze. Teak and tropical rosewood furnishings lend a rustic feel, highlighted with custom-made artwork and Thai silk accessories. |
