Executive Chef Alex Gares will prepare a menu just for two, including Thai, Western, or modern Thai dishes, paired with wines from around the world. As a personal butler serves dinner, candles in the sand and tiki torches in the ocean add further romance to the evening, along with the sounds of traditional Thai music performed on the kim. The evening ends with the release of traditional khom loy floating lanterns into the heavens for good fortune.
Dinner on the beach, including welcome Champagne and wine pairing, is available for one couple each night for THB 14,000.00 per couple, subject to government tax and service charge.
