We go out of our way to make our youngest guests feel welcome, and our resourceful Concierge is always close at hand – to make reservations for a family dinner, offer suggestions for tomorrow’s outing or help arrange a babysitter.

Children under 18 can share their parents’ room at no extra charge.

Children's amenities

Before your stay, simply provide us with the names and ages of the children in your party so that we can be prepared with:

• A welcome amenity for our youngest guests
• Child-size bathrobes
• Complimentary babies’ and children’s toiletries
• Cribs, bottles, diaper disposal units and water kettles
• Children’s menus in our restaurants and through In-Room Dining

Upon request, and subject to availability, we can also provide:

• Items to childproof guest rooms
• Cribs and/or rollaway bed(s), at no extra charge and subject to maximum occupancy
• Complimentary baby food for children up to age four
• Complimentary use of safety cups and plates
  

Babysitting services

With 24 hours’ notice, we can arrange reliable babysitting services for your little ones. We will do anything possible to accommodate requests with shorter notice. Please note that there is a two-hour minimum and an hourly fee for this service. Please contact the Concierge for details.

Kids For All Seasons

The complimentary Kids For All Seasons programme offers a variety of games and activities at the Kid’s Club, planned and carried out by highly trained attendants. Meals can be ordered by parents in advance for children who participate in the programme.
