Taman WantilanHigh above the ocean, Taman Wantilan’s two open-air pavilions overlook Jimbaran Bay and Bali’s distant volcanoes. Cooled by natural breezes, the ambience is enhanced by decorative candelabras and flickering candles. Mingling delectable flavours with the magic of Bali, the restaurant’s Italian-influenced fare is enticingly prepared. Taman Wantilan also features a variety of specially created vegetarian dishes. SpecialtiesOur senior chef and his team offer a new interpretation of Italian cuisine, such as roasted mahi mahi fillet and braised duck leg with spinach, truffled mashed potatoes, wild mushrooms and crispy shallots. A selection of wine is also available. Each night between 6:00 pm and 11:00 pm, a live performance by a musical duo accompanied by a pianist raises the tempo.
