PJ'sThe mood at PJ's is always upbeat and casual. Seating on two decks and at the bar provides a clear view of the beach and Jimbaran Bay. PJ's offers an international selection with an emphasis on fish and seafood specialties. Wood-burning oven pizzas and pastas are also favourites. Beds on the Beach Enjoy a delicious five-course dinner on one of 25 canopied beds situated on the beach of Jimbaran Bay, right in front of PJ's. Dinner selections include foie gras, green tea soba sushi rolls, crabmeat and chorizo risotto, chilled gazpacho and oysters, Australian sirloin steak or spiny lobster with couscous salad, and a sweet chocolate extravaganza for dessert.
