Taman Wantilan
Perched 30 metres (100 feet) above the shoreline, Taman Wantilan's open-sided pavilion design features a two-tiered roof and is modelled after a traditional Balinese wantilan, or village meeting place. Cooled by natural breezes and bordered by koi fish ponds, the restaurant offers a breathtaking view of Jimbaran Bay and Bali's dramatic coastline.
Specialties
Mingling international flavours with the magic of Bali, Executive Chef Klaus Kallweit and his team provide a new interpretation of contemporary dining. Taman Wantilan presents an eclectic array of regional cuisines and wines at dinner.
The evening's ambience is enhanced by decorative candelabras and flickering candles. Each night between 6:00 pm and
11:00 pm, a live performance by a musical duo accompanied by a pianist raises the tempo.
