The 470 square-foot (43 square-metre) Alder Room features a built-in cabinet that conceals a screen and whiteboard. Around the perimeter of the room is a presentation rail that allows meeting attendees to prop up note pads or whiteboards. The room does not connect to any other room, for the utmost in privacy, and offers a private rear entrance for service staff.
