Advance booking and space confirmation

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance; however, we can sometimes accommodate shorter or longer notice.

Alternative location(s) for ceremony and/or reception

Suitable for a summer wedding reception, the Cottonwood Lawn offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys of Wyoming. For a small, intimate wedding, our Presidential Suite with views of Rendezvous Mountain is the perfect site.
