Restaurant menus
Westbank Grill, The Peak and Lobby Lounge
In-Room Dining specialties include items from our restaurant menus, as well as comforting homestyle classics. Current favourites for breakfast include smoked salmon bagel or rancher’s style egg white frittata. Lunch options include a hot buffalo pastrami sandwich or elk and black bean chili. Dinner specialties include grilled prime sirloin of beef with a choice of sauces and side dishes, or vine ripe tomatoes and capellini pasta. Walnut brownie ice cream sandwich by the fireplace in your guest room is a wonderful way to end the evening.
We also offer a children's menu for the little cowboys and cowgirls which includes such reliable favourites as macaroni and cheese or roasted chicken breast.
