- The cosy sitting area includes a writing desk and chairs, sofa, coffee table, private refrigerated bar and armoire with a 106-centimetre (42-inch) plasma screen television, DVD and Bose CD player.
- The lavish marble bathroom includes a deep soaking tub, separate shower, 38-centimetre (15-inch) LCD television and WC. Some also offer a double vanity.
