Easter and Passover are some of the most traditional family holidays. At Four Seasons hotels and resorts in the U.S., these spring celebrations are honored in a unique way.
Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North captures all of the excitement of Easter Sunday with a sumptuous brunch and special children's activities on April 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Pinnacle Ballroom.
The resort will transform its ballroom and outdoor terraces with a petting zoo and games for the kids, along with a jazz-trio performance during brunch. Children under 12 years of age are welcome to an Easter Egg Hunt while parents can enjoy a brunch buffet featuring pepper-roasted prime rib with horseradish, Dijon mustard and grainy mustard, as well as freshly baked waffles with whipped vanilla cream, strawberries and shaved chocolate. Kids may be happiest visiting the dessert and ice cream sundae stations, which will offer such sweet delights as marbled chocolate mousse tulip.

At Four Seasons Resort Aviara, a Seder Dinner will be held on Wednesday, April 16, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Rabbi Ben Leinow will conduct services before and after the meal, a four-course set menu that includes dessert. Each table will have a Seder plate, there will be a Haggadah printed for each guest and Yalmukas will be provided. Every child will receive a special gift.
On Easter at Aviara, the California Bistro and Argyle Easter Brunch runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This spring cornucopia will include such fare as traditional eggs Benedict, crab legs and California sushi rolls. Easter traditionalists might opt for leg of lamb crusted with grain mustard and sage and accompanied by asparagus and risotto cake. Lemon meringue tart makes the perfect springtime finale.

Four Seasons hotels in Texas are also celebrating the holiday in style. One of the most popular holiday brunches in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is at Cafe on the Green at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. The Easter Feast, as this Easter brunch is known, will feature a visit from the Easter Bunny, live music, and a beautiful setting overlooking the Resort's swimming pool and landscaped grounds. The Brunch will include a carved-meat station, fresh chilled seafood buffet, and a pasta station; a Sous Chef is also on hand to assist with made-to-order omelets.
An array of desserts will be on display in the Cafe's Show Kitchen. Signature items include Randy's Bread Pudding, courtesy of Executive Pastry Chef Randy Gehman, a culinary Gold Olympian. The children's buffet will feature such kid's favorites as chicken tenders and hot dogs. The Easter Feast will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

At Four Seasons Hotel Houston, head to the Easter Brunch at Quattro, served from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. A live Jazz band sets the stage for this celebratory meal, which includes a champagne toast. The menu will feature Quattro's famous Eggs Sardu as well as flaky puff pastry filled with asparagus and savory mushrooms.
Quattro will have a chef on hand to prepare omelets, carving stations will be set up, and a display of fresh seafood will be available. Chicken fingers, pizza and chocolate milk are offered for the younger crowd. Unlimited trips to the dessert buffet will be the spectacular finish to this feast.

At the Four Seasons Hotel Boston, Aujourd'hui has a special Easter menu on April 20 featuring such treats as spring asparagus and fava bean risotto with prosciutto di Parma, Colorado rack of lamb and apricot tart tartin with toasted almond ice cream. At the Hotel's Ballroom, the Easter Buffet Brunch features a coriander-crusted salmon "Nicoise" and rosemary- and garlic-roasted spring lamb with herb jus and mint jelly. The Kid's Buffet offers such kid-pleasers as cornflake-crusted French toast with maple syrup and scrambled eggs and cheese biscuits. In the end, you can bet that everyone will be gathered around Pastry Chef Tim Fonseca's dessert buffet.
