Raising Service Standards at Mountain Resorts
Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole provides special services designed to quickly orient and equip guests so that they may settle into enjoying their vacations.
“With such a wealth of experiences available in Jackson Hole and nearby, Four Seasons can help save travelers a great deal of time,” said General Manager Paul Cherrett. “We listen to the guests’ needs and then we set the stage for an unforgettable experience by putting them in the right place at the right time.”
Ski Concierge for Seamless Snow Experiences
Located right where skiers have direct access to the slopes, the Ski Concierge is available to make the skiing experience seamless. Services include coordinating any winter mountain resort activity, such as lift tickets, ski apparel, group and private ski lessons, Nordic ski excursions, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, dogsledding and sleigh rides.
With the ski-in, ski-out access, the Ski Concierge serves as “Doorman of the Mountains” to help skiers with their equipment and boots while getting on and off the slopes. They also check boots and ski gear for guests who wish to enjoy the restaurants, where they are offered complimentary slippers for use while dining. Guests returning after an invigorating day of skiing are offered complimentary bottled water or hot mulled cider.
Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole operates its own ski rental shop, exclusively for Resort guests, and provides the highest quality equipment available on the market. Guests also can have their ski boots fitted in the privacy of their guest rooms. Ski rentals are complimentary for guests arriving after noon for same-day use; only the lift tickets need to be purchased. The guest laundry/valet menu offers a special “dry only” service for skiwear, ensuring that guests’ clothing is comfortable during the entire stay.
Base Camp Services for Warm Weather Activities
The Ski Concierge transforms into a Base Camp during the warmer months. Staffed with experienced counsellors, the Base Camp serves as “activity central” for planning excursions, such as fly fishing, rafting, hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, horseback riding, parasailing, hot-air ballooning, overnight pack trips and park excursions. Concierges have in-depth knowledge of the best outfitters, tour guides and vendors in the region.
For guests without equipment, Concierges can provide hiking boots, backpacks, and trekking poles on a complimentary basis. Packs include first aid, bottled water and rain ponchos. For a nominal fee, nutrition bars, trail mix, fruit, lip balm and sunscreen can be added to the packs. Picnic lunches are also available.
Four Seasons complimentary overnight shoeshine service also applies to the cleaning of outdoor shoes and hiking boots.
Poolside Extras
As the innovator of the refreshing Evian spritzers and cold towels at warm-weather resorts, Four Seasons introduces new pool services at its first outdoor winter pool. Poolside attendants in the winter greet guests with heated towels, robes and slippers as they ascend from the heated pool. The pool deck is also heated underground to provide added warmth and safety.
Early Arrivals and Late Departures
Based on availability, every effort is made to accommodate requests for late departures and early arrivals. In the event that the Resort is unable to accommodate these requests, full use of the property is extended and luggage storage can be arranged.
