Perched eight stories above the St. Louis skyline, Cielo, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, is one of the city’s most anticipated restaurant debuts. Cielo, whose name is the Italian word meaning sky, plays off the dramatic views seen from every table. Executive Chef Karen Hoffman serves elegant, uncomplicated dishes featuring quality ingredients prepared to perfection. Flavourful creations are paired with an extensive wine list that emphasizes selections from Italy and California.
Featuring fresh interpretations of traditional dishes, seasonal menus will showcase some of the best ingredients grown and produced in the heartland of America including from fresh Amish chicken to American Kobe beef, Berkshire pork and neighbouring Iowa's La Quercia proscuitto.
Floor-to-ceiling windows not only allow for unobstructed views of the Gateway Arch, but also ample natural light. Postcard-worthy vistas are framed for those dining indoors, while al fresco guests enjoy the wide expanse of the city skyline.
Cielo will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in its restaurant and bar. The main dining area has seating for 74 inside and 28 on the outdoor terrace; the bar can accommodate 50 inside and 20 outside.

Cielo Bar - Adjoining Cielo, this indoor/outdoor, elegantly casual space is perfect as the starting point for a special evening or main venue for a light dinner. The tapas-style menu can be enjoyed at one of the 64 seats inside or 20 seats on the outdoor terrace.
In-Room Dining – For those travelers looking for a quiet night in and to dine privately in their own rooms, a 24-hour menu features selections from Cielo in addition to many of the favourite meals that frequent guests will know from other Four Seasons hotels and resorts.
Children's Menu
Younger guests are always welcome at Four Seasons, with special menu items created to appeal to all ages and preferences. Even the little ones can enjoy a taste of Italy with "Grilled Cheese Panini" or the more adventurous "Junior Gourmet" menu, which incudes a daily fish and filet mignon cooked to order.
