Bowling Lawn
The 13,689 square feet (1,272 square meter) Bowling Lawn area is a perfectly manicured space, set with a view of a lush hillside. Ideal for an afternoon activity or a 1920’s themed cocktail reception, the Bowling Lawn accommodates groups up to 300 persons.
The Great Lawn
The 10,000 square feet (929 square meter) Great Lawn is a sprawling area, bordered by stunning Banyan trees and overlooking the Reflecting Pond. Ideal for a large dinner and reception, The Great Lawn accommodates groups up to 600 persons.
Pineapple Fountain
The 5,850 square feet (543 square meter) Pineapple Fountain is the most popular function space at Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, The Lodge at Koele. This partially-covered area is centered on the Resort’s grounds, surrounded by Coral trees and overlooking the Reflecting Pond. The Pineapple Fountain is ideal for a reception and dinner, accommodating groups up to 200 persons.
Reflecting Pond
The 5,000 square feet (465 square meter) Reflecting Pond is the centerpiece of the Resort’s grounds, with a breathtaking view, the Reflecting Pond and surrounding area is a romantic setting with calm waters, perfectly manicured lawn and colorful bougainvilleas. The Reflecting Pond accommodates groups up to 300 persons.
The Stables
The 5,000 square feet (465 square meter) Stables are ideal for holding a casual BBQ, complete with all the paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) flare. Games such as horseshoes and roping and a bonfire area add to the playful setting. The Stables accommodates groups up to 200 persons.
Croquet Lawns
The 2,070 square feet (192 square meter) Croquet Lawns are comprised of two equally sized, perfectly manicured croquet lawns. This area overlooks the Reflecting Pond, is shaded by towering Cook Island pines, and is well-suited to hold an interactive reception. The Croquet Lawns accommodates groups up to 70 persons.
The Library
The 1,470-square feet (137-square meter) Library is an elegant room, complete with inlaid wooden floors and walls and plush red leather armchairs overlooking the Croquet Lawn and Reflecting Pond. Filled with classic books, a fireplace and large brass chandelier, The Library is ideal for an intimate private dinner or afternoon tea, accommodating groups up to 100 persons.
The Pagoda
Imported from China, and constructed on the Resort’s grounds, The Pagoda is a striking tribute to Eastern culture and history. Accommodating events for up to 30 persons, The Pagoda is located just across the Reflecting Pond.

Kaunolū Ballroom
The 3,315 square foot (307 square meter) Kaunolū Ballroom can be divided into two smaller rooms (Mauka Ballroom, Makai Ballroom) for more intimate functions. The room has no pillars, and opens up to Moana Terrace with its stunning ocean views, a perfect site for pre-event cocktails. Murals depict scenes of traditional activities such as natives canoeing and fishing, in soft peach and earth colors adorn the walls. Kaunolū Ballroom, located in the Conference Center, accommodates up to 300 persons.
Mauka Ballroom
The 2,091 square foot (194.3 square meter) Mauka Ballroom, part of the Kaunolū Ballroom, is suitable for more intimate functions. The room opens up to the Moana Terrace with its stunning ocean views, an ideal site for pre-event cocktails. Murals depicting scenes of traditional activities such as natives canoeing and fishing, in soft peach and earth colors adorn the walls. Located in the Conference Center, Mauka Ballroom accommodates up to 200 persons.

Moana Terrace (Ballroom Pre-Function Area)
This 2,604 square-foot (242 square meter) outdoor pre-function area of the Kaunolu Ballroom commands spectacular views of the cliffs of Lāna‘i and the Island of Kahoolawe. A manicured lawn and colorful bougainvilleas front the paved function area. Located next to the Conference Center, Moana Terrace accommodates up to 150 persons.
Hale Hālāwai
Opening September 2007, Hale Hālāwai is a 10,188 square foot pavilion set on a hill adjacent to the Resort’s Conference Center. Built at a cost of $10-million, Hale Hālāwai will be the premiere facility of its type in Hawaii. The facility will offer air conditioning, wireless Internet access and moveable floor-to-ceiling glass panels to allow groups to have an open-air or enclosed function setting. Hale Hālāwai will offer spectacular panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Maui and Kaho‘olawe. Able to accommodate a full buyout of the Resort, Hale Hālāwai is designed to comfortably seat 500 guests for dinner, and 600 for a reception. Hale Hālāwai is expected to open in September 2007.
Lū‘au Gardens
Just steps from the beach, the perfectly manicured lawn of the 18,880 square foot (1,746.5 square meter) Lū‘au Gardens is surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees. An imu pit makes it the perfect venue for a traditional lū‘au. Located steps from the main building, along the path to the beach, Lū‘au Gardens accommodates small groups of any size up to 600 persons.
The Challenge at Manele Tee Box
On the edge of the Pacific, with panoramic views of the ocean, the islands of Kaho‘olawe, Maui and Hawaii, the 9,600 square foot (892 square meter) Challenge at Manele Tee Box is the perfect setting for stargazing and unforgettable fireworks. The dramatic lava cliffs of Lāna‘i and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and nearby islands creates a one-of-a-kind event location. Located alongside The Challenge at Manele Golf Course Clubhouse, The Challenge at Manele Tee Box accommodates small groups of any size or large groups up to 400 persons.
Kumulani Terrace
This 1,920 square foot (178 square meter) outdoor function area commands spectacular views of Hulopo‘e Bay, the Island of Kahoolawe and the Pacific Ocean - perfect for an early evening cocktail reception. A manicured lawn and colorful bougainvillea bushes front the paved terrace. Located alongside the Conference Center, Kumulani Terrace accommodates up to 100 persons.
Awalua Room
The 768 square foot (71 square meter) Awalua Room, commands magnificent ocean views from its corner location with floor to ceiling windows. The room opens to the Kumulani Terrace, a pleasant outdoor area which is perfect for refreshment breaks. A mural depicting a fishing scene aboard an outrigger canoe in ancient Lāna‘i adorns the walls, drawn in soft peach and earth tones. Located in the Conference Center, Awalua Room accommodates up to 75 persons.
Keōmoku Boardroom
An intimate room ideal for private meetings, the 408 square foot (38 square meter) Keōmoku boardroom opens to Kumulani Terrace with its magnificent ocean views. Soft tones of peach and beige contrast with elegant dark wood furniture for a traditional executive look. Located in the Conference Center, Keōmoku Boardroom accommodates up to 12 persons.
The Library
The elegant 504 square foot (46.8 square meter) Library is perfect for small private meetings. It connects to a quaint lanai (balcony) which looks out onto the Pacific Ocean. Rich dark wood furnishings and hardwood floors reminisce a traditional English study, complete with leather chairs and antique books. The Library, located on the Lobby level of the main building, accommodates up to 25 persons.
Coral Villa
An intimate 1,058 square foot (98.3 square meter) protected open space, Coral Villa is ideal for small receptions. The room overlooks Koi fish ponds, cascading waterfalls and lush tropical plants, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Coral Villa, located on the lower lobby level of the Coral Wing in the main building, accommodates up to 40 persons.
Naha Room
A cozy 408 square foot (38 square meter) room, the Naha Room can be used as a breakout room for the Keōmoku Boardroom or smaller meetings. The room is enhanced by soft tones of peach complemented by a flood of natural light. Located in the Conference Center, Naha Room accommodates up to 30 persons.
