Dining Room
An elegant and exclusive dining experience, with the feel of a grand estate’s living room, the Dining Room captures the upcountry essence of The Lodge. The Dining Room specializes in contemporary fine dining, using a combination of fresh local ingredients and classical European cooking techniques. Located off the lobby, the 44-seat Dining Room is open for dinner nightly. Additionally, a five-course Chef’s tasting menu is offered, as well as an extensive selection of after dinner drinks. An unparalleled, sophisticated culinary experience, sample dishes include: Quail Prepared Two Ways - seared breast with raisin and fava beans, confit leg with artichoke puree and orange balsamic glaze; Butter-Poached Keahole Lobster with Moloka`i potato cake, asparagus tips, sweet corn and brandy cream sauce; Grilled American Kobe Strip Loin, with wild mushrooms, truffle-whipped potatoes and black Hawaiian salt; Macadamia Crusted Lana`i Venison Loin, with Brussels sprouts, parsnip puree and roasted pear jus; and Maui Lavender Honey Roasted Duck Breast, with savory bread pudding, Napa cabbage and rhubarb and cassis. Terrace
A casual, yet refined ambiance, with stunning views of the gardens and Reflecting Pond, the Terrace offers a contemporary American grill concept with traditional Hawaiian elements. Nightly specials and inspired vegetarian options complement a unique array of appetizers and entrees. Children’s and teen menus are also available.
Offering evening views of the gardens through the glass doors, or daytime views through the open doors, the Terrace is located on the lobby level. The 76-seat Terrace is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
The Experience at Koele Clubhouse
The Experience at Koele Clubhouse overlooks the pond at the first hole, and the outdoor seating is unmatched in its serenity. Golfers can also order from their golf carts and have lunch delivered to them on the course. The Experience at Koele Clubhouse specializes in casual, light fare with the distinctive flavors of Lana`i. Located at the entrance to The Experience at Koele golf course, the 50-seat Experience at Koele Clubhouse is open for lunch daily. A sampling of dishes includes: Grilled Opakapaka Salad, with vine ripe and cherry tomatoes, fresh basil Maui onions and balsamic dressing; Mahimahi Sandwich on sourdough bread with lettuce, tomato and lemon aioli; and Shaved Roast Beef Sandwich served on a hoagie roll with roasted Maui onions.
Tea Room Bar
In the refined setting of the Tea Room Bar, creative cocktails and a wide selection of drinks will warm you on a cool night in the upcountry, along with a light dining menu. Located just off the lobby, the 25-seat Tea Room Bar is open nightly. A sampling of dishes includes: Ahi Sashimi Rose with wasabi and soy sauce; Potted Crab & Artichoke Spread with warm garlic bread; and Mini Beef Burgers with sharp Cheddar and fries.
Great Hall
Enjoy the cozy living-room setting of Great Hall and relax to the evening tunes of Hawaii or Broadway favorites by island musicians. A specialty beverage and pupu menu is available. Located in the lobby, the 40-seat Great Hall is open nightly. A sampling of dishes includes: Crispy Shrimp Spring Rolls with house-made sweet chili sauce; Margarita Crostini with charred tomato sauce, fresh basil, Parmesan and goat cheese; and Homemade Tomato Dusted Potato Chips, served with horseradish dip. In the Trophy Room, guests can enjoy a game of pool, shuffleboard, foosball, a variety of other table games, or simply relax and watch a favorite sports program on the 40-inch (102-centimetre) flat-screen LCD television.
