The Regent Sydney has become Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. In fact, having been managed by Four Seasons for the past 10 years, it's only fitting the hotel take the Four Seasons name. With the company's growing presence in Asia, now is an ideal time to place the Four Seasons name at the forefront of Sydney's landmark hotel.

Four Seasons continues to build recognition and a loyal following as the company expands its portfolio in Asia. Award-winning Four Seasons hotels and resorts are already located in Bali, at Jimbaran Bay and Sayan; in the Maldives at Kuda Huraa, as well as in Singapore and Tokyo. In February, the company opened its first hotel in Shanghai, and construction has now begun on a new property in Hong Kong. In the fourth quarter this year, a second Four Seasons hotel will open in Tokyo’s Marunouchi district.
When it opened in 1982, the Hotel set new standards of luxury in Australia.
