Going...going....
Before long, the opportunity to own a share in Four Seasons Residence Club Jackson Hole will be gone. Four Seasons is hitting the ski slopes for the first time and is inviting outdoor enthusiasts along for the ride. After the first few days on the market, more than $1 million in fractional interests have been sold. Owners will not only enjoy the luxury Residence Club lifestyle and prime location in Jackson Hole, but they'll also be pampered by the services of the company's first mountain resort.

The 40-unit ski-in, ski-out condominiums come in two and three bedroom layouts in Teton Village. Shared ownership will be limited to seven owners per unit, to give owners flexibility in choosing their days.

"With the Residence Club, owners are able to own a luxury second home alternative in a prime real estate market without the maintenance obligations of full home ownership," said Duffy Keys, senior vice president, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Owners will have access to all of the services and amenities available to hotel guests, including gourmet dining, spa and fitness facilities, check-in/check-out, daily housekeeping services, laundry service, valet parking, in-residence dining, ski concierge service as well as long-term storage of skis, golf clubs and other personal items.

Four Seasons Residence Club Jackson Hole is scheduled to open for the 2003/2004 ski season.
