The Resort’s catering services capitalise on the rich culinary resources found within the island’s self-sustainable food system. Grounded in the farm-to-table philosophy of culinary arts, we focus on regional, seasonal and artisanal cuisine. A surprising array of unique food items are grown and produced on the island, including Hamakua mushrooms, vanilla (from the only vanilla farm in the United States), chocolate and world-renowned Kona coffee.
