SpecialtiesFor the utmost in privacy, In-Room Dining offers outstanding cuisine and personal service. Dining on your private lanai (balcony or patio) is a treat, as each room looks onto the rolling surf of the vast Pacific Ocean. Breakfast specialties include traditional eggs Benedict or smoked salmon Benedict, grilled New York sirloin with hash brown potatoes and eggs, huevos rancheros with chorizo, and vegetarian crispy tofu and tempe with marinated french beans and miso. There are a variety of appetisers, salads, sandwiches, pizza and main dishes for lunch while dinner highlights include home-style favourites. The country fried chicken with corn on the cob and mashed potatoes and gravy, meatloaf with gravy and mashed potatoes and Texas-style chili with cheddar cheese and jalapeño corn bread are surefire hits.
