Makaloa Villa
This villa exudes the comfort and ambience of a Hawaiian beach home. From its location on the edge of the 3-acre (1.2-hectare) historic Waiakauhi fishpond, this one-bedroom villa is the ultimate setting for privacy and romance. The villa is named after the makaloa plant, often found growing near natural ponds such as Waiakauhi.

- The living area includes a 42-inch (107-centimetre) flat-screen plasma television, a sofa, comfortable chairs, a writing table and a dining table.
- Special touches in the bedroom include a custom bamboo bed canopy and headboard.
- The full granite master bathroom offers a deep soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. The villa also features a guest powder room with shower located off the living area and an outdoor shower.
