Join us in Vinoteca Quattro from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and take advantage of our all-new All Four You happy hour, where everything on the menu is priced at just USD 4. From reds to whites and from bottles to drafts, this happy hour is un-four-gettable!
In addition, enjoy signature cocktails, such as the Fizzy Pomegranate and the city's best caipirinhas, as well as vinoteca-menu favourites – including wild-mushroom crostini, quattro formaggi flatbread and meatballs – for just USD 4 each.
Wine & Cheese Tasting
Join us each Tuesday 5:00 to 7:00 pm, as we explore the fun side of wine! Each week we feature a different winery, wine maker or pairing to taste things new and familar. Paired with a cheese buffet from our Vinoteca chef, this is the best way to join friends or take yourself on a tasting journey every Tuesday, just USD 16.
Located on the third floor, this exciting new wine bar offers a comfortable respite from the Hotel’s bustling downtown Houston location. Adjoining Quattro restaurant, Vinoteca Quattro features vivid lighting, red leather banquette seating and over 50 feet (15 metres) of solid granite bar top. The restaurant’s signature floor-to-ceiling silver beads create a secluded retreat for guests.
Vinoteca Quattro offers 25 wines by the glass as well as Italian small plates to share. Menu highlights include beef tartare served on house-made onion crackers, prosciutto flatbread (topped with arugula, Gorgonzola cheese and drizzled honey), crispy fried artichokes with aioli, roasted shrimp with cannellini-bean cream, and gnocchi alla Romana (made with semolina flour and baked with Parmesan cheese).
