Quattro has brought a piece of Italy to downtown Houston in the form of its executive chef, Maurizio Ferrarese. Chef Maurizio embraces the time-honoured traditions of Italian-style cooking while continuing to innovate his simple, ingredient-driven menu focusing on locally sourced food. The chef’s new dinner menu highlights his four main categories of Italian cuisine: antipasti, pasta, pizze and secondi. Antipasti delights include inventive crudo (“raw” in Italian) options, while pasta selections feature varieties of seasonal risottos (asparagus and pumpkin), lasagne, gnocchi and Chef Maurizio's signature homemade braised-beef ravioli with black truffle and corn purée.
For guests who would like to enjoy the delights of Quattro on the go, we would be happy to prepare your order for pick-up. Simply call the restaurant in advance and enjoy a gourmet meal at your leisure. During the corresponding meal hours only, the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available for take-out.
Private dining rooms
Four private dining rooms are available for exclusive events, accommodating parties of 2 to 28 guests. The perfect place to enjoy an intimate dinner or celebrate a special occasion, each room is also fully equipped for business meetings. Set lunch or dinner menus can be created for any event, and à la carte, buffet or family-style service is also offered in each room.
Tuscany is separated from the restaurant's main dining room by large French doors, offering an intimate space for 6 to 10 guests. Ideal for board meetings or smaller social events, this private space is richly appointed with cherry veneer walls and features a floor-to-ceiling window with views of downtown Houston.
Il Rosso, from the Italian word for red, is named for its unique walls covered in red leather. The room exudes a warm, sophisticated atmosphere, with a custom-made chandelier and artwork adding to the ambience. Suitable for larger dining groups and corporate parties, this private room can accommodate 16 to 28 guests.
La Cucina, meaning "the kitchen" in Italian, offers guests a Chef's Table experience. This unique private dining room features a glass wall with views of the kitchen – perfect for interacting with the Chef, who will explain the various dishes during the meal. Accommodating 10 to 16 guests, this room provides a perfect setting for interactive team building, as well as Chef's Table events.
The Cellar, located in the wine room, is the smallest and most intimate of the four private dining rooms, suitable for private dinner parties of 4 to 8 guests. The dark purple walls, corked floor and display of 1,250 bottles of wine create a romantic room tucked into the main dining room. In addition, the Cellar is available for wine tastings for up to 10 people.
