Yoga AshtangaAshtanga is the classical form of power yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. Designed to strengthen, align and purify the entire body, ashtanga combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. The breath dictates the movement and the length of time held in the postures, and attention is also placed on the journey between the postures as well as the postures themselves. 60 minutes HKD 220.00 for Hotel guests; HKD 250.00 for visitors Yin/YangYin/Yang yoga provides the benefits of a balanced practice of both the Yin and Yang styles of yoga. The Yin style of long-held passive poses opens the body to more flexibility and flow of chi through the subtle channels while engendering a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind.
