Dreamtime journey

This deeply relaxing journey has been created to balance the throat and earth chakras, restoring the natural rhythm of sleep and dreaming. With a background of meditative music and mantras, a dreamtime scrub soothes and restores the lymphatic system. A gentle marma massage of organic jatamansi, jasmine and vetivert essential oils is followed by chakra healing, inspired by the sounds of chakra chants, using hot Himalayan salt poultices. The journey concludes with a fresh royal jelly and wild poppy dreamtime facial promoting deeper relaxation and natural cellular rejuvenation.

This tailor-made chakra-balancing experience uses an essential oil chakra blend created especially for you. Beginning with a personal consultation to determine which of your chakras need balancing, each bespoke treatment includes a tailor-made Himalayan salt scrub or bath treatment followed by a marma massage, chakra healing and a tailored marma facial. This deeply harmonising treatment culminates in the pouring of warm oil over the third eye to restore and relax every sense.

Oriental jade ritual

This indulgent ritual based on Chinese traditional wellness practices begins with a Chinese herbal scrub followed by a detoxifying bath as you sip a herbal elixir. An Oriental foot massage restores the flow of energy throughout the body, followed by a full-body jade stone massage using a combination of warm and cool stones. Cool jade stones are said to induce a state of contemplation, while warm stones create negative ions known to cleanse and boost vitality. The ritual concludes with an Oriental head massage to stimulate the crown chakra, awakening the body and mind from a deep state of relaxation, ready to face the world again in balance.

This scrub uses 250-million-year-old Himalayan salt with a high mineral content that, when warmed, emits negative ions, leaving you looking and feeling radiant.
