Value Meetings at Four Seasons

When planning your group meeting of 10 guest rooms or more, let the Four Seasons Value Meeting Package take your event further with exceptional added-value amenities and services. In addition to harbour-view venues enjoying generous natural light and meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology, intuitive Four Seasons service will ensure that your event is a success.

This package includes:

  • Use of a meeting room from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • All-day coffee, tea, herbal infusions and homemade cookies
  • Complimentary use of built-in audiovisual equipment
  • Executive conference amenities including distilled water, candies, writing pads and pencils
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks with selection of teas, freshly-brewed coffee, fresh orange juice and a selection of home-baked pastries
  • Executive lunch within your meeting venue
  • 50% savings on the rental fee for a separate lunch venue and break out rooms
  • Exclusive Executive Club special access rate
  • A personalised Four Seasons web site for groups with a minimum of 50 guests
  • A wide array of services and amenities, which we have always included with every meeting group – with no added charges. View list.

For groups over 30 rooms per night:

  • One complimentary room upgrade from a Deluxe Room to a Four Seasons Executive Suite for every 30 paid rooms per day, non-accumulative
  • One complimentary room for every 30 paid rooms per day, non-accumulative
  • One complimentary 45-minute pre-dinner cocktail reception with canapés
  • 50% savings on rack rate for staff rooms, with a maximum of five rooms daily per group

To reserve this meeting package, your choices are:

Advance booking is required. All offers are subject to availability at time of booking, unless otherwise noted. Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or contract and do not apply to previously booked business. Package is applicable to groups with a minimum of 10 guest rooms per night. Package is available February 1 to 28, 2009, June 20 to August 31, 2009, and December 1, 2009, to February 21, 2010. A service charge of 10% applies to room rates and the meeting package. Minimum guest room block and meeting space ratio will be required, with a minimum food and beverage spend applicable to meeting venues.
