Blue Bar Afternoon Tea Buffet by Caprice Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert
Make your Mum feel extra special and treat her this Mother’s Day to an afternoon tea buffet specially crafted by Caprice Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert, at Blue Bar.
Mouth-watering treats include the Lemon Pie, Vanilla and Caramel Saint Honoré and a live station where Chef Lambert will personally plate the Chocolate and Caramel Profiteroles as you order.
The Blue Bar afternoon tea buffet by Chef Lambert is available every Sunday afternoon starting this Mother’s Day, May 14, until June 4, 2017 and is priced at HK$395 per person, plus 10% service charge.
Blue Remix Presents The Dead Rabbit
From May 24 to 26, Blue Bar welcomes Jillian Vose, Bar Manager and Beverage Director of The Dead Rabbit, the number one ranked bar in the world by the World's 50 Best Bars.
Jillian will be mixing up four of The Dead Rabbit’s most inspired cocktails, to be paired with classic Irish comfort food such as scotch eggs, short rib sliders and a stick-to-the-ribs Irish stew.
Big Wheel – navy strength American gin, dry vermouth, Manzanilla sherry, pear, cinnamon, makrut lime
Fun Lovin’ Criminal – tequila blanco, rośe vermouth, apple brandy, grapefruit, hops
True Blue – Irish whiskey, apple brandy, Guinness, PX sherry, white miso, ginger, lemon, Peychaud’s bitters

King Crab Menu at The Lounge
Refresh your palate during this warm season with the sweet and succulent flavours of the king crab. Join us for lunch or dinner at The Lounge from May 13 until May 30, 2017, and you will be sure to find something to satisfy your crab cravings.
The à la carte menu includes Asian or western flavours such as the Singapore Style Chilli King Crab, Stir Fried King Crab Leg with Salted Eggs and Curry and the Homemade Chilli Spaghettini with King Crab.

Master the Art of Wine with the Wine Club
Starting from April to the end of 2017, our sommelier will be hosting an intimate one-hour wine appreciation class once per month at 2-Michelin-star Caprice. Beginners and aficionados alike are welcome to join the Wine Club at Caprice and to explore the vast world of wine with one of Hong Kong’s top sommeliers as a guide.
April 11th 2017 – Syrah vs Shiraz
Guests will have a chance to explore how the difference in climate of various countries brings about contrasting characteristics of the same type of grape used in the wine.
May 9th 2017 – Loire Valley
An introduction to the exceptional wines from the famous French region poised on the crucial frontier between the northern and southern sides of the country.
June 6th 2017 – Fromage et Vin
Sample an exquisite selection of cheese from the Caprice cellar, hand chosen by our Sommelier to pair with the best wine match.
