![]() The 24-hour Fitness Centre overlooks spectacular Victoria Harbour from floor-to-ceiling windows. It offers the latest in cardiovascular equipment with each machine featuring an individual LCD touch-screen television and headphones as well as an extensive selection of weight-training machines and free weights. Tai chi, yoga and Pilates classes are also available. Please enquire at the Fitness Centre for details. Tai chi – Tai chi is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that uses slow, controlled and continuously flowing movements to re-energise the body. These graceful movements increase strength and flexibility and improve balance and circulation. Tai chi also reduces stress and enhances total well-being, letting you live in harmony with your self and with nature. One-hour classes are held twice a week at the Pool Terrace or Oxygenated Yoga Studio. Complimentary. Hatha yoga – Besides concentrating on the musculo-skeletal body, hatha yoga also triggers unique reactions in other areas, such as the internal organs, endocrine system and nervous system. By attempting the yoga postures and breathing exercises, we can manipulate our life force and keep our bodies strong and healthy. One-hour group classes are held three times a week in the Oxygenated Yoga Studio. Fee applies. Pilates – Pilates engages both body and mind for a complete workout. This balanced blend of strength and mobility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates lean muscles. One-hour group classes are held twice a week in the Oxygenated Yoga Studio.
