Four Seasons Ballroom
Located on the ground floor of the South Wing, the Four Seasons Ballroom is designed to be used as one large, elegant room. There are no pillars to obscure the line of vision for guests. In addition to featuring state-of-the art audiovisual equipment to accommodate a corporate meeting, the Four Seasons Ballroom also offers the perfect setting for a spectacular Hampshire wedding ceremony and reception, or social occasion.

Four Seasons Ballroom Pre-function Area
Directly outside the Four Seasons Ballroom, this pre-function area is awash with natural daylight. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a spacious terrace.

Mandeville Ballroom
Located on the ground floor of the South Wing, the Mandeville Ballroom can partner with the Four Seasons Ballroom, or it may be used on its own to accommodate a wedding or social occasion.

Walled Garden
The beautiful Walled Garden is an outdoor venue ideal for receptions or a seated ceremony for up to 300 guests. A seated lunch or dinner for up to 200 guests can also be hosted here.

The Orchard
The Orchard can accommodate a reception up to 150 guest or a seated lunch or dinner for up to 200 guests.

Canal Boat
Guests have the opportunity to enjoy a memorable experience when hiring a luxurious 17-metre (56-foot) canal boat to journey down the picturesque Basingstoke Canal, which runs through the Hotel’s Estate. Accommodating up to a maximum of 20 people, the barge provides a unique venue for cocktail and canapé receptions. Family and friends can savour a meal for up to eight around the galley table.
