Guests can maintain their workout schedule in the inviting and spacious fitness studio, located in the spa complex. It features the latest in Technogym Excite cardiovascular and weight machines; stretching areas and a comprehensive selection of free weights are also available.
The Technogym Excite equipment features interactive televisions, to make your workout that much easier. As well, built-in computers monitor your session and guide you through each exercise. Expert personal trainers are on hand to guide you through your workout or give you that extra bit of motivation when needed.
For those who feel like something different, the Zen studio, situated next to the fitness studio, offers fitness and relaxation classes, including yoga and Pilates. Alternatively, guests may take out one of our mountain bikes and spend time exploring the 200-hectare (500-acre) estate. Cycle the Basingstoke canal into the local town, view wildlife from the high areas of the Black Barn or simply bike to Tundry Pond to see the fish.
After your vigorous workout, cool down in the mist of the lifestyle shower, balance your energies in the Clear Quartz Crystal sauna or cleanse your senses in the Amethyst steam room.
The fitness facilities, which include men’s and women’s locker rooms with individual relaxation rooms, are available to guests 16 years of age and older.
