Catering and conference service specialists can arrange music and entertainment to complement any part of your function or event.

Receiving and maintenance

Special arrangements for the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment should be made through the Catering and Conference Services Manager. The Engineering Department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance.

Welcome amenities and VIP gifts

Special arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities for their VIP guests. Possibilities range from fresh flowers and seasonal fruit plates to a selection of fine wines or beer, petit fours, chocolate fondue, deluxe truffles, special occasion gifts, a spa treatment or a traditional Hampshire Hamper – full of locally made produce such as hand made chocolates, jams, chutneys, honey, shortbread and fruit cake.
