Four Seasons Resort Great Exuma at Emerald Bay accommodates meetings and events for groups of 10 to 500 people. Its intimate setting, with a quintessential island backdrop, lends itself to strategic meetings, executive retreats or high-level incentive groups. Dedicated conference and banquet facilities, beside the Resort's main building, work equally well for small groups or large.

In addition to 13,022 square feet (1,210 square metres) of indoor meeting space, there is also 12,000 square feet (1,116 square metres) of dedicated outdoor function space spread over landscaped grounds and a pool terrace, with spectacular views of Emerald Bay. Experienced Four Seasons support is always on site, ready to respond promptly to every need.

The meeting space at the Resort is fully equipped to support the most demanding presentation and communication requirements, with advanced lighting, AV and staging capabilities, telecommunications and electrical hookups. State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment includes:

Music and entertainment

Our Conference Service Manager can arrange music and entertainment to complement your function or event.

Receiving and maintenance

The Resort offers a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of a group's name and its Conference Service Manager. They will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please arrange shipping to coincide with the date of your arrival.

Receiving dock
Please contact your Conference Service Manager for special arrangements for the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.

Post-conference shipping
Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through your Conference Service Manager.

Maintenance
The Engineering Department is available 24 hours per day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.

The Resort offers a variety of activities that will interest the spouses of meeting participants, and the Concierge will provide detailed information on specially tailored spouse programmes.
