Ideal for families or private entertaining, One-Bedroom Bay House Residences provide ample space for privacy and relaxation. These residences face Emerald Bay or have garden views.
- The living area features a queen sofabed, two lounge chairs, a dining table seating six and a wet bar with four bar stools.
- The private balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, comfortably seats two for outdoor dining.
- A full-service kitchen includes a free-standing electric range, oven, microwave, built-in dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator. The residence also includes a stacked washer and dryer in a separate utility room.
- Off the bedroom is a spacious private balcony.
