Falling on the Tropic of Cancer (at a latitude of 23 degrees), Great Exuma shares a parallel with some of the world’s most intriguing destinations like Egypt, India, Myanmar, China and Hawaii. Drawing on this international similarity, the new 23° restaurant merges a mixture of fare from countries that share its coordinates to create an exciting global fusion of flavours. Uniting east and west, the decor is a modern harmony of Bahamian and Asian influences seen in the swaths of island colour and palm trees with contemporary flatware, china and wood furniture. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, 23° sends guests on a culinary journey around the globe without ever leaving their seat. Located beside the pool area, 23° offers a shaded open-air terrace. This casual dining experience offers an alfresco setting for all-day dining. Seats 136 and 19 at the bar.

Specialties

23° offers a eclectic array of dishes from wok specialties to grilled fare. Asian influences are fused with Bahamian cuisine to create delicious entrees like the Pan Seared Grouper with Coconut Curry Sauce, grilled Szechwan Rib-Eye Steak, and the Soy-Ginger Marinated Chicken Breast. A children's menu is also available.
