Weather
Located in the higher elevations of northern Thailand, Chiang Rai enjoys a cooler and slightly less humid climate than the central and southern regions of the country. There are primarily three seasons: warm summer months, from March to May; green from June to October; and cool and dry from November to February. Temperatures can dip to 13°C (55°F) at night in cooler months, especially in the mountainous regions.
