Experienced Measuring 299 square metres (3,218 square feet), the Salle des Nations was specially created for the first meeting of the League of Nations in 1920. Overlooking the Hotel's tranquil courtyard, it is peerlessly elegant, with sparkling chandeliers, soaring ceilings and huge gilt mirrors. Bathed in natural daylight, the five connecting function rooms enjoy exquisite views of Lake Geneva from their own secluded terrace. They offer complete flexibility for smaller events such as board meetings, seminars and small conferences, for groups from 12 to 90 people. They are equally suited as elegant venues for post-business socialising or society dinners and events. Lac is the largest of these function rooms, accommodating up to 96 for a banquet or 120 for a reception. Financier offers the most intimate space, holding a maximum of 12 people for a meeting. All function rooms are equipped with full technological support such as high-speed Internet access and automated blackout shutters. Receiving and maintenanceThe Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. Please forward all packages to the attention of the Conference Service Manager or Sales Manager, along with the conference name and date. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of arrival. Please advise the receiving department or your Conference Service Manager for special arrangements regarding the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment. Maintenance Welcome amenities and VIP giftsSpecial arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities for their VIP guests. The banquet department will be happy to assist in these arrangements. Possibilities range from Swiss wine to chocolates from one of Geneva’s fine chocolatiers.
