Function Rooms
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze's indoor function space – occupying a total of 660 square metres (7,104 square feet) – combines the grandeur of the Hotel's historic setting with ultra-modern technology. Unrivalled events will unfold in the Conventino, where a former church offers dramatic venues for a variety of occasions; or in the Palazzo della Gherardesca, with original frescoes on the walls and ceiling.

Conventino Foyer and Terrace
With views of the park, the Conventino Foyer also enjoys direct outdoor access through our Conventino Terrace, making it a perfect pre-function or breakout area for events in the Conventino Ballroom. This area connects to the Giardino room through a sliding door to make a larger pre-function area.

Conventino Ballroom
The former convent church, now deconsecrated, is the Hotel's largest function room. What was the apse now forms a natural stage, and the former organ area overlooking the ballroom can be used for an audiovisual direction booth or for musical performances. The space's perfect acoustics create a wonderful ambience.

Gherardesca Ballroom
Located on the first floor of the Palazzo della Gherardesca, this ballroom is especially majestic. No pillars obscure the line of vision anywhere in this room, and the room is very bright, thanks to the high ceiling and natural daylight.

Giusti and Giusti Terrace
Overlooking the park, this daylit room with its own separate foyer and entrance is ideal for conferences. The Giusti Terrace is an outdoor setting ideal for an evening reception or dinner, and is also well-suited for breaks and meals during the day.

Donatello enjoys natural sunlight and views over the Fountain Terrace. it is perfect for gatherings that require total privacy. Likewas, the Pinito overlooks the Fountain Terrace, and is the ideal room for board meetings that require complete privacy. This room can also be used as a private smoking room.

Framed by the botanical garden, century-old trees, plants and flowers, this very large space is suitable for small and large outdoor events in the summer or when weather permits.
