For younger guests

Whether yours is just beginning, all grown up or at any stage in between, Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is a wonderful base for your family. We go out of our way to make our youngest guests feel welcome, and our resourceful Concierge is always close at hand – to make reservations for a family dinner, offer suggestions for the next day's outing or help arrange a babysitter.

Children's amenities

Before your stay, simply provide us with the names and ages of the children in your party so that we can be prepared with:

  • A welcome amenity for our youngest guests
  • Colouring books and crayons, cartoon movies, games, books and toys
  • Child-size bathrobes and slippers
  • Complimentary babies' and children's toiletries
  • Children's menus in our restaurants and through In-Room Dining

Upon request, and subject to availability:

  • Items to childproof guest rooms
  • Cribs and/or rollaway bed(s), at no extra charge and subject to maximum occupancy
  • Infant needs, including complimentary use of stroller, high chair, bottles and toys

Babysitting services

With 24 hours notice, we can arrange reliable babysitting services for your little ones. We will do anything possible to accommodate requests with shorter notice. Please note that there is an hourly fee for this service. For more information, please contact the Concierge.

Family-oriented activities

Our Concierge will be pleased to suggest and help arrange suitable activities for your family's ages and interests. Possibilities include family-oriented visits to the Uffizi Gallery or Pitti Palace, with activities and entertainment specially organised for children; and excursions to Pinocchio Park, an open-air museum where everyone can experience the puppet's adventures with toys and fantasy playhouses.
