The Ideal Room
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze's indoor function space – occupying a total of 660 m2 (7,104 sq. ft.) – combines the grandeur of the Hotel's historic setting with ultra-modern technology. Unrivalled events will unfold in the Conventino, where a former church offers dramatic venues for a variety of occasions; or in the Palazzo della Gherardesca, with original frescoes on the walls and ceiling.
In addition, over 1,840 m2 (19,805 sq. ft.) of landscaped gardens, lawns and terraces offer endless possibilities for coffee breaks, aperitifs and cocktails, or complete outdoor events.

Conventino Foyer
With views of the park, the Conventino Foyer also enjoys direct outdoor access, making it a perfect pre-function or breakout area for events in the Conventino Ballroom. This area connects to the Giardino room through a sliding door to make a larger pre-function area.

Conventino Ballroom
The former convent church, now deconsecrated, is the Hotel's largest function room. What was the apse now forms a natural stage, and the former organ area overlooking the ballroom can be used for an audiovisual direction booth or for musical performances. The space's perfect acoustics create a wonderful ambience.

Giardino
Giardino boasts French doors that offer direct access to the park. Connected to the Conventino Foyer by a sliding door, the rooms can be used together as a large pre-function area for the Conventino Ballroom.

La Magnolia
La Magnolia, with its own small private terrace, serves breakfast for guests of the Conventino, and is also used as a private dining room. This room enjoys park and terrace views.

Located on the first floor of the Palazzo della Gherardesca, this ballroom is especially majestic. No pillars obscure the line of vision anywhere in this room, and the room is very bright, thanks to the high ceiling and natural daylight.
