Function rooms and settingsThe city’s premier event venue, On the ground floor of Palazzo della Gherardesca, four fully equipped function rooms offer complete flexibility for board meetings, seminars and private dinners, including the option of providing a smoking room. On the first floor, the magnificent Gherardesca Ballroom – with original frescoes on its walls and ceiling – can accommodate up to 90 for a banquet. In addition, throughout the landscaped grounds, there is a total of 2,112 square metres (22,730 square feet) of gardens, lawns and terraces that offer endless possibilities for coffee breaks, aperitifs and cocktails or full-scale outdoor events. Equipped with full technological support, such as high-speed Internet access and blackout curtains, all rooms lend themselves to executive meetings. They are equally suited as elegant venues for post-business socialising or society dinners and events. Two fully equipped Business Centres provide comprehensive support for business meetings or events, and experienced Four Seasons support is always on site, ready to respond promptly to every need.
