Technical assistanceAll meeting spaces at the Hotel are fully equipped to support the most demanding presentation and communication requirements, with advanced lighting, AV and staging capabilities, telecommunications and electrical hook ups. Music and entertainmentOur team of conference and banqueting specialists will arrange music and entertainment to complement any part of your function or event. Receiving and maintenanceThe Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of the Banquet Manager along with the conference name and date. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of arrival. Please communicate with the Receiving Department or your Sales Manager for special arrangements regarding the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment. Welcome amenities and VIP giftsSpecial arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities for their VIP guests. The Room Service department will be happy to assist in these arrangements. Possibilities range from a bottle of champagne to specially made chocolates, local handicrafts, or anything that our clients desire. Complimentary items include bottles and toiletries for infants, high chairs, kid-sized terry bathrobes and slippers, strollers and bottle warmers. Babysitting services may be arranged through the Concierge. Children’s menus are available in the restaurants and through In-Room Dining, with careful attention paid to providing nutritionally balanced meals. In addition, the Concierge will help children and their parents to create special memories for the entire family.
